Sir,vodafone provide 100 local min in punjab.send PORT mobile no.ex:PORT 7837464908.after 1 hour they call and request you to not leave there service and give 100 mim for 3month.when the min are finish then call cust care to deactivate all service.then on next day send msg again and enjoy free calling.
